Opbevaring: Your information is deleted when it is no longer needed to fulfill the purpose.

Purpose: To select the right candidate for interview and employment.
Category: Ordinary personal data: name, e-mail address, phone number, address, other information in CV/application submitted by the candidate.

Lawful basis for processing: GDPR Article 6.1 (f) – We have an interest in finding the right candidate for the job. Our interest overrides the data subject's interest in our desisting from processing these data.

K.W. Bruun & Co A/S is the parent company for a group of vehicle importing companies, leasing companies, etc. in the K.W. Bruun Group, under the auspices of which several common business functions are placed, including ICT and bookkeeping. Your personal data are therefore divulged within the K.W. Bruun Group with a view to meeting our contractual obligations with you. We divulge personal data within the group with a lawful basis for processing in GDPR Article 6.1. (b and f). We assess that our legitimate interest in divulging ordinary personal data within the group in order to perform tasks throughout the group overrides the data subject's interest in our desisting from divulging these data. Our interest is overriding because we do not believe that it is of any special importance to the data subject if personal data are processed by one company in the group or another. On the contrary, it is of importance to the data subject that people with the right skills engage in personal data processing. Personal data are shared solely for or to underpin the above-mentioned purposes. Moreover, we divulge your personal data on request from public authorities and if we are legally obliged to do so.
We employ the services of a number of data processors for the above-mentioned purposes. Our data processors may therefore have access to your data to the extent necessary for them to perform a specific task. We enter into data processing agreements with all our data processors to ensure that your data are processed according to our instructions. Furthermore, we share data with business partners to the extent necessary to meet our purposes.
